Help with site design (AVS)

Hey guys, I recently made an AgeOath Premium site, www.naughtyteensluts.com (http://www.naughtyteensluts.com) and it's not converting so hot, any tips for me?

i clicked 20 times before the tour started loading.. and i get 404s by 50% of the pics

when i look at the first page, here's what i notice:

it's too small on my 800x600 configuration. it should take up the whole screen. it's even smaller for larger configs.

also NONE of the girls look like teens, so guys looking for 18 and 19 year olds aren't going to be interested.

it could use a little tempting text - right now it's pretty plain, and (this is only my opinion) it's not a good thing to tell the guys how many pics they get in the site - they're used to higher numbers.

i also think that the text on http://www.naughtyteensluts.com/tour/index.html is NOT encouraging to surfers. you don't hit them with a sales pitch, you aren't telling them how cute and horny the girls are - you simply tell them that there is a monthly charge.

maybe you could just tell them how hot the girls are, how great ageoath is, and that there is a no obligation trial for a MERE $4.95 instead?

Yep not one of them girls looks like the young teenie type that many teen surfers crave. I also agree with basschick the front page is way to simple and small.

Keep in mind this is porn and they want to see nekkid teens not glamor models. ;)

A good mix of older / younger teens will do much better and satisfy more of your audiance but i dont however thinik you should sell them on ageoath at all..

Sell them your site then tell them how by gaining access to all your little naughty sluts they will get lots of other niche sites to fill all their needs in one hot spot. Also keep in mind your sites name and it should be just that naughty sluts guzzling cum and getting dildos shoved in every hole not just sexy teen poses.

Right now its just way to tame to tantalize the surfer and you want them to feel like strokin by the time they reach the signup page. :)

Amateur is all unknowns period. So if none of your girls are porn stars yet, you are good to go.

I made my first premium AVS site as well. Always use to do feeders.

i don't agree with mike007 on the "hot background color". the sites i sell the best have simple backgrounds and no bright colors to distract from the graphics.

And use the same colors through the entire site would help I think

not being a straight man, the answer to "what kind of nookie do you prefer" may not be relevant.

here's what is:

teen, amateur, and mature send tremendous amounts of traffic. teen sends the most.
how well it converts is all about how good a promo you have.

basschick, i think "hot background color" is important. not important like the quality of the design but it is important too...just my opinion.
