Yup I was off ICQ for a couple days. When I'm swamped with projects I usually turn it off to avoid distractions. I always answer my email though. :)

Tgpsimplicity.com, this company is serious?

I paid for a service and they promissed to deliver it 3 weeks ago, but nothing until now. I got some excuses and now they do not answer my messages...

Anybody know these guys? They seems to not be so professionals.

Best Regards,
Jr. Presezniak

No response? Shoot me an email. I don't see any emails from you.

Yes.

As I stated earlier in this thread I typically do not have ICQ on. I turn it on only when someone specifically asks me to do so. Otherwise it's simply too big of a distraction.

We have a lot of orders right now and I am doing my best to fill them. In fact, I turned down two jobs today because we can't keep up.

So if there is something you need to discuss with me please just send me an email and I will be happy to see where we stand on your order.

Ok. Email sent.

Email received and reply sent.

Anyone else who is reading this topic, if you are trying to get in touch with me please send an email. ICQ is full of spam and requests from people who just want tips or to chat. When I get backed up with projects I turn it off. Sometimes for weeks.

I reply promptly to all emails.

Sorry for any confusion to anyone who has bee ICQing me.

You should state your ICQ policy on the front page of your site so that others don't get frustrated by what they perceive as "no response."

... or just remove it completely and only give it to people when they need to chat in real time with you. :)

I already sent you 3 emails. Two asking about my order, one asking a refund.

NOTHING!

Still waiting...

Hello Warren, if your company is really serious, why I´m still waiting the work I paid for months ago?

You do not answer my emails, nothing...

I hate to go on webmaster boards to post messages like that, but webmasters, be careful with this company...

When this guy first came to this board I posted on one of his threads: http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=72469

Lots of complaints about him lately and its been a while since he's come here to try and explain everything away.

I was considering using him but decided to wait for a little while when I saw this thread (at the original start time). People do get busy, if it's a once-off thing then it's not the end of the world.

After the latest additions to the thread I am no longer considering his services.

Get your act together dude! How many other people reading this thread have now made the same decision?

ah, well - it's not like it cost much, but i would have liked it to get done.
