Need a script like this.....

csRandomText found at http://www.cgiscript.net/ . The script is exactly what I need except it does not update using templates. I need something that will randomly update links on my pages daily, weekly.....and do it by using templates so there is minamal strain on the server. Anyone know of anything like this? Prefferably free
