Same Sized Thumbnail Generator ? ? ?

Does anyone know of an app that can take a folder of images and make thumbnails out of it that are all the same size?

Say you have a folder of 20 images that are all different dimensions.... most apps when they thumbnail just make the images smaller so the thumbs come out different sizes as well..

I need an app that will force every thumbnail to be like 100 X 100 and not distort them... something that will just crop them out to be the right size.

Any suggestions?

but I believe the guy quit selling it and his other apps.

Thumbsplus does that if you know how to use it. But intelligent cropping is pretty much beyond any piece of software.. Only really reliable way to do it is to pad.
