Bannerclick ratio

Hi,

There's been alot of threads about signup ratio on TGP gallerys.

But what about Unique visitors vs. bannerclicks? What are your ratio?

My last gallery made approx. 12K unique visitors, but I only had about 50 clicks on my ARS banners. (and no signups).

I'm new in the game, so I haven't got a clue of the ratio on this, but it seems reeeeeally bad ;-)

I'm not supprised that i didn't get any signups from only 50 bannerhits, but I did think that 12K uniques would give more than 50 bannerhits.

2-4% click thru is average, so you should get over 200 clicks from 1200 hits.

that is really bad, but have you tried text links instead of banners? and of course, some banners get far more clicks than others.

Nope, haven't tried using text links instead yet. But i'll definitely try it out in my next gallery ;-)

Hmm.. The average ratio for gallerys is about 1% in fact I think you will find - 2-3% is pretty good! I mean, 20,000 hits to my gallery got me 150 clicks to my sponsor! How sad is that... that was with pink4free and I think they are to saturated!

Remember that ARS gives you second page clicks in the stats, so ur click thru ratio is a bit higher and your signup ratio a bit lower. How nice of them ;-)
