what signup/recurring sponsors accept "Malaysia" country? most sponsor dont accept it

it seems to be major CC processor like ccbill & ibill don't accept Malaysia country, while also to program like pornmegabucks, siccash, eroticcash & some others,

can anyone list out those good coverting sponsors that accept Malaysia country ?

or do u think any exception for ccbill & ibill to accept a country that's not in their list? if do, what should i do ?

i may need all niches
