Been using em for over a year! Only thing they do that I am not too thrilled with is send an email reminder to the customer telling them their membership is about to renew, and if they want to cancel "click here".

They have some great charge back policies though!

hey basschick,

I know of 1 site that uses them and loves it,
globill seems to lean more to the webmaster being
right and not the customer when it comes to
refunding... see their TOS or whatever they call
it - pretty impressive compared to the others.

they told me that they only sent the rebill email for prices over $49 a month or something. are you sure they're sending them to all your members?

Thats is a huge rumor.. GLOBILL does not send e-mails asking the member to rebill!

a rep at globill told me that for usually expensive rebills they DO send the email. for all others, he said they don't.

globill= good support and very low chargeback ratios.

You're best bet is to not go with them though. I made more money with other processors, cause globill is very picky, and asks the surfer for stuff like their banks phone number etc. during the initial sign up.

For a while, American Express processed for globill exclusively for adult sites, but cancelled. So go with globill if you want to make less money

the thing is that after 7 sales in 2300 hits using a direct link to my url, and only 1 partner sale in 5700 hits using my processor's linking code, i don't think i AM making more money with my current processor.

7 sales in 2300 hits is fine, but 1 sale in 5700 using the same marketing and traffic sources for about 2000 hits of it is pretty unlikely.

I'm opening my little pay site soon so I'm also interested in this. But I know I will not use globill since they don't support forgain webmasters in their partnership program.

Two processors on which I have my eye on are
http://www.2000charge.com/
http://www.jettis.com/ (I didn't know that they have 3rd part processing till somebody pointed out that here on board)

Dreamer, jettis has a very good rep. what they DON'T have is much technical support (the word they gave me was "minimal"). it costs $250 to start an affiliate program through jettis, and you have to install everything, or find someone to install it.

IŽd like to see their list of banned countries which are auto-denied during CC processing. It must be huge ...
If you plan to have some traffic / SUs from outside of US, you should consider them as a back-up procesor only.

basschick, go either with Jettis or Epoch... with Jettis you will get the best admin stats (seriously, their admin section is topnotch), with Epoch you will get tons of usefull features like cross-selling, advertising on the cancel pages or in the confirm emails, etc. Both companies are run by good people who understand the adult business

They may have changed things with the emails, I know they were doing it.

Another good thing is that their tech support is pretty on the ball! Usually gets back to you in a few hours if you email. And they are helpful with their answers to boot.

I'm currently using globill but looking at alternatives in the VERY near future. I'm looking for someone who takes a smaller cut and helps me out a little more.

I chatted with one of the Epoch reps in Vegas, and the new stuff they brought out then looked really good.

Deffo worth checking out.

www.epoch-systems.com

it would take a LOT of convincing to get me to work with epoch - i used them before. true, i'm sure things have changed since then, but last november they were - again - two months late with payments.

i guess i'll have to find someone who can help me install the jettis stuff.

Can you post somemore info on jettis?
I didn't ask around much about them, just heard they were good. Getting them as processor (3rd part) is free or you have to pay for that also?
Script install wouldn't be problem but there has to be some kind of instructions.

just go to www.jettis.com and check 'em out. i believe setup is free for processing but i know it's $250 for the partner program (which they call jumbo)
