Html help needed badly!

Does anyone know of a script or something that will act just like an <iframe>, but will work with all browsers. Just as long as I can load a page within a table cell and be able to change the page with a nav menuin another cell. Please help! I am trying to get this page done before I go on vacation tomorrow.

http://www.smart-cgis.com the includer, and to make the nav menu switch, use javascript feeding the different URL's to be included to the script, should work well.
