Varadox Resellers... Please Read..

Well its now February 20th... almost a month since varadox said that they stopped the US routes, and are holding pay checks... Has anyone here received a check or wire from them? Or any kind of email regarding the subject.. Whenever I bring this topic up, I seem to be threatend and when I ask varadox employees about this topic, im told to email their account department, which must have a broken reply button... If anyone else is having this same problem let me know.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" />

Many resellers have already been paid (some even posted that fact here), and they do get to your emails. As I understand it, they are handling each account one at a time, so they'll get to you eventually.<br />If you've done nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.<br /><br />Jason.

Just worries me that I receive no response.. All im looking for is an update on whats going on. They give nothing... And its just a little odd that all the Varadox people left this board, and all that. I know they had "personal" reasons, and it had NOTHING to do with whats going on... but they all disapear...and then I get no replies to my mail... Just boggles my mind thats all

I have the same problem with Varadox. I never received a replay from them and they still owe me the money for November 1st, 2001 - January 31st, 2002 periods.<br /><br />May be they just won't pay us and this with the one by one account is BS.<br /><br />nasko

SongRider, i don't know about you, but i ALWAYS worry when i don't get paid ON TIME. in the past that meant that i didn't get paid at all. <br /><br />i'm not saying that varadox won't pay anyone or that they will - i'm only saying that it seems reasonable to ask other webmasters and see what's happening.

We made a statement about this on ALL public boards and we sent EVERYONE an email about this. We didn't hide anything from anyone and fully explained in detail what was going on and why. We also stated that it could take up to 90 days to get everyone paid out and as the audits are being done, checks are being sent. We have issued checks totalling $175K since this started, we have been VERY nice and paid as many as we can early, but as in our STATEMENT, this could take up to 90 Days before EVERYONE is paid.<br /><br />And yes it is fine for webmasters to ask if people are being paid, we have no problems with this. What we DO have a problem with is that we have not hidden and not lied to ANYONE but are being accused of doing so. This would even bother YOU, right? <br /><br />I have done all I can do and said all I can say. We made a statement that we would be paying you ALL WITHIN 90 days for ALL honest minutes. We have never hidden this, it has been 25!!!!!!! We have been VERY cool about sending ALOT of money out earlier than we had originally stated you would start getting it.

Songrider-- Yes, I do have a reason to worry. When one of the tech people takes every comment and question as a threat, and ultimatly decides to "stop talking" to me... that worries me... another reason I worry is that I write to the email account she said... not once...not twice...but 3 times... and get no response.. Yes, that does worry me. So my question was very simple.. WHO WAS PAID.. They say they paid out over 175k?? Who got it? Can anyone here on this board say "i was paid all monies from whenever until Jan15th" I just wanted to know who was paid, if at all anyone was paid. Cause the fact that my emails go unanswered is very uncomfertable.. I do realize they have alot of accounts to audit.. But to send me a reply saying "We have reviewed your account" or "We have not yet reveiwed your accout, we will do so on such and such a date" would be VERY reliving. I dont get shit. So the answer to your question song.. Yes, I am worried. Not because I did something wrong. But b/c of the lack of communication from Varadox. <br /><br />They are really quick to let me know of a spammer or when something is wrong, but when it comes to helping me out... nah, they dont seem to wanna do that.
