Just wondering if any of you had a solution for this...

No matter if I sleep 6 hours, or 10 hours, I always end up beeing tired during the day.... sometimes, I'll even just fall asleep, or my eyes will close and not let me work anymore until I take a break..

anything you guys do / use?

any vitamins I should take or something? any tricks?

Ok well i live on caffine and vitamins so im always wired till i end up passing out. A friend had an issue of always feeling worn down and the doctor said it was an IRON defeciancy so give a good multi vitamin a shot and see if it helps.

Try to get to the gym atleast 3 days a week.. Have a big breakfast and take a walk and pop a multi vitamin.....

Sitting behind screen all day fucks up your body.... Wait till you get older mag it sucks and it gets harder to lose the weight especially if you quit smoking... Plus the heat and when its muggy brings me down..

Get a Multi vitamin dude... and Not on a empty stomach.. After you eat

btw, coffee does not do me any good....

I could sleep on 4 cups of coffee... all it does, is give me a sense of " I WANNA JUMP ARROUND" in my limbs .. then, an extreme fatigue in those limbs hehe http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

During my examinations I used to take steroid pills to stay awake all night long for a couple of weeks. Did the job, but wouldnt recommend it for you Mag, if you need to take it everyday. Maybe you should sleep twice a day, once at night and a couple of hours in the afternoon, that should leave you refreshed. Vitamins/minerals etc. wont help you much. Gym and swimming only leaves me more tired later, though its rejuvinating at that time.

I have, at least had, the same problem all my life. Then a few years ago I read an article which explained that human metabolism goes through two cycles a day.

Thus most of us would benefit from adopting the sleep pattern common only in hot countries: sleeping less at night and having a siesta in the afternoon. That's what I do and it works really well for me. I sleep less in total, but I have more energy and I'm more alert when I'm awake.

go for a daily run, and then you'll be more alert during the day, and fall asleep more quickly at night.

B12 tablets - VERY good for thinking.
Lots of Vitamin C - kills free radicals - so your body doesn't have to work so hard.
Vitamin E - also good for the brain and other things http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Multi-vitamin tablets top up what your missing. (don't over do it though - or you won't shit for a week http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

Took me ages to get my ass to the gym. Too much work to do and was almost moulded into my chair.
It really was worth the effort though - physically and financially. My work output increased heaps when I hit the gym.

That is a pretty good idea. People kept telling me that I need to go for walkes or runs but I thought I'd get even more tired, but I was wrong. I ended up being more alert...

here is my solution
eat well. (fruits, milk, ect. or vitamins)
take a small nap in the afternoon if needed
go out for a power walk or run to get the adrenaline pumping and get some sun

I always take Vit C =) Turns your piss yellow ass hell but thats ok hehe. If you need to stay up some nights you can like Thor said take diet pills or here where I live they have shit called YellowJackets. It will wire the shit out of you. Also Matabolife will get you going =)

Get up eat good run a few miles come back get the stuff done that has got to be done by noon go to the gym work out 3-4 hours,
come home do a little more work then go out side do things in the yard or hobby .
other words eat right ,vit,work out ,get out http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif they all work if you do all that every day and just dont spend the whole day looking at the screen you will be full of it and never wont to sit at the desk.

Coming from somebody who sleeps 5-6 hours a day:
Good alimentation, proteins, vitamins and all shit, sun and physical activity, whether on gym, whether on outdoors. I'm tired most of the time, but I look better than 5 years ago http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

One day I'll find time to sleep 8-10 hours a day, that will be revenge day!

Anyway, at most of us are telling, just do some exercise, if you (like most of us) are a 10 to 16 hours a day computer based work-a-holic, then you REALLY NEED it. I learnt the hard way: 3 packs of cigarettes, gallons of coffee, sitting all day... and a heart attack at 29 y.o. Now I don't smoke, I look like an Iron Man but still having gallons of coffee... nothing is perfect

for me, i discovered that although i'd rather keep working and working, actually doing something else every two or three days - totally not working - made me feel more awake and very inspired.

working out every other day is kewl - and even if you have enough iron, there's lots of stuff you could be missing. take a low-potency multi once or even twice a day. none of that shit with 1000% of anything. just 100% of vitamins AND minerals.

guarana is an up 'cause its active ingredient is caffeine.

I fall asleep often in front of the computer.
I cannot take a walk outside because is hot.
Only in the evening.

But, sleep well, GO TO THE GYM, walk, listen to music. Maybe it's a begining of an asthenic sindrom, don't let him overtake you.

Walking and going to the gym is very very good.

Go outsite at least 2 hours /day. You think you don't have time? Thats BS, with that 2 hour brake, your energy level will go up and you'll able to do more work with a brake then you do now without it... http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

And,... I don't know, I always eat and drink something while I'm online....
