Let me tell u some abt offshore and nex-cash

I used both of them on 1 site. offshore as enter, nex-cash as exit. I did not break 1 single rule that I know off. Maybe I send them to much non-us traffic, I dunno.

Bottomline; Still waiting for a cheque, never had a reply to my e-mails.

I'm very happy i only send <50$ a week to test them.

Oh, i forgot some info which is THE most important for me.
They just leave your account open. So I keep sending them traffic. It seems my shit ain't good enough to pay for, but i damn sure good enough to get it for free. If I had a message like " He I don't wanna do business with ya because blablabla" I would know that i could stop sending.
These guys are just to lazy or scared to tell a webmaster if they don't wanna do business with them.

I can't tell u if they r save or not. I just have not been paid and never got any answer to my e-mails. When i'm going to look at my stats now, I see my account is still open. So for some reason he wants my traffic for free.

They always pays, but
if you tried to cheat, or sent very very unproductivity traffic (Like Spam, or non-english only traffic, hit-bots etc.) they can disable your account.

And new rules isn't nex-cash's fault. Join4free programs goes with that rules. Thats why Nex-Cash changed rules.
