UCJ Assistance

I have had a TGP site going for about 4 months now, and I am using UCJ with mundane success. I get approx 7000 hits in a day, but I think I have my script setup borked.... I think I could be doing better then I am and growing rather then staying consistenly where I am. Any UCJ masters out there willing to check out my setup and point out whats wrong please let me know.
