Yes, they do count those sign-ups but your clicks are going to be lower than what you think you're sending them because they only count 2nd page uniques.

This company has received an independent investigative pinch from (I can't write the full URL as

For some weird reason, though the guys there are hugely popular on this board to much appraise,
this site BANNED them! Can you figure what's happening here? Why the hell would this board ban
these guys? Can the site administrator explain?

CEN is honest i have met a few people from there at conventions and they are as helpfull as you get.
