Their offers look to good to be true..like at
4playmail.com they offer 1.50 per email....
Would be nice if it were true...
has anyone took the risk and made min pay and got a check?

I have rec'd checks from them, but they are very quick to lower your payouts retro-actively. Checks are drawn on an Israeli bank, so you may incur additional clearing costs.
