No part of my account works the way it should. Script doesn't count hit properly. I wanted to make some changes to the settings and try to save my Data Base and has got error message. People who trade with me loose traffic because script doesn't return right.

Come-on man, yet two days ago I've had nicely growing website on your server, and now after 14 hours of down time and a change of servers, I have bunch of worthless HTML code there.

Almost 2 weeks of work went to the garbage can...

As far my decision to use Diesel's service goes, looks like I've made mistake.

Mr Happy...Its true that u had problems with one of our servers few days ago.
It was our fault we just moved our office and the bad luck hited us in same hours.Server had Hardware problems.We transfered all accounts including yours and shut the server.
As far as I know one of our sys guys connected you today and looks like u have another problem with script now.They are working now on this problem and it will be solved today.
We will help you with traffic like we always did when we had downtimes
(Just for you to know: We are serving 300+ webmasters for almost one year and we had only few short downtimes during all this time.)

I still have no network in my office and I am working from Net caffe.Hope to get it up tommorow.Anyway sys guys will contact u caz their network working properly.

Diesel, I wasn't aware that you're still in a moving stage. That explaines why you're so hard to reach.
I thing that in situation like this it would be a good idea to shoot short e-mail to affected webmasters.
