starting new tgp... need a to-do list

iv decided to go ahead and setup a tgp. i have hosting, design, autogallery pro. what else do i need, if anything?

can someone give me a nice to-do list so i can get off on the right foot?

* Make some nice not to big recip buttons
* Signup at waycool to get your first submissions for yout TGP.
* If you have already a site, feed your TGP with it so you can send some traffic. Users dont like TGP's who can send only 25 hits a day.
* Advertise Your TGP on Webmaster Boards like Netpond, Ynot etc.
* Have good, quality clean links on your site.
* Update your site EVERY day. (This is the reason i stopped with TGPing because i havent the time to update everyday.. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif )

Shane, http://waycool.porncity.net -- a no-recip autosubmit for TGPM posts, plus listings for a bunch of others. It doesn't get much traffic, but every little bit helps.

Dawgy, if you're not religiously opposed to TGSW, you can get a ton of galleries by signing up there, too. Taking no-recips will get you tons more than otherwise, and even a few who'll recip you on general principles. http://www.worldadult.com/tgsw/
