Go to company where you bought domain.
Login to your account and find something
like "Modify domain nameservers"..
Then replace parking or old DNS by new...
And wait up to 48 hours.

At networksolutions.com (if you got the domain from there) you need to fill in the "host form". They will then send it to you, you will confirm it and then there will be made 2 new nameservers out of that new domain, such as ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com. You can use other names as well for the nameservers. At bulkregister you just choose "make nameservers out of this domain" then you fill in the info (such as ns1.domain.com = 249.192.201.91 etc) and you're done. Should be similar at other registrars. Are you at 4webspace.com (because you mentioned RAQ)? Then better use the nameservers of them, they are more reliable, shoot them an email and say you want a dsn account, they provide passwords and then you can simply add your domains to their nameservers through a form.
If you make your own nameservers you still need to set them up somewhere (ns1 and ns2 must be running somewhere on server, be it your server or other server).
