it looks nice but one question... what is the choose your manager option for? Should i really believe that i can coose betweet 6 great looking girls for a manager ;-)

The main area is easy to navigate and i really do like the value added features.

There is one feature which would make your site eaven more valuable and that is a small fact sheat about each model. Some statistics and a little backgroud info (i dont mind if the background info is real or not) we could use that to make the models more real on our pages.

Ive seen some gallerys advertising this site and i dont think submitting gallerys to TGPs targeting webmasters is very effective way to advertise.

I really want to know what this site is about? At first I thought it's a regular pay site. I saw some examples of pics, I liked it, then wanted to sign up to check it out more. Then it tells me it's for webmasters only. Than I am like, cool, it's for me, but then I stoped , because I really don't know what is this site for? Content? Message board?
