i know that this questions has probebly been asked alot but can some one explain productivity for me

I'm new to the biz, (few months) so someone with more experience might want to repost after myself. But to my understanding, productivity is simply the quality of the traffic. The ratio of the incoming hits to the outgoing clicks. Your site has good productivity when you have over or around a 100% ratio. The traffic you send has good productivity if the hits you send out has a click/incoming ratio of around 100%.

Like I said, I'm not too experienced so if something is wrong with this info, or if someone has better points to make. please do.
