If you are with them I have 2 things I need to know
1 does unlimited mean unlimited and
2 do they accept (legal obviously) adult sites?

Hi, I use them to host a site of mine - and so far I'm impressed. Speed is good, and I haven't known more than a few seconds of downtime.

To answer the q's: Unlimited bandwidth? Well... since my site uses up hardly any bandwidth I've been fine, np. Would they let a site go with 100k a day, though? Who knows.

Do they allow adult sites? Yes.

I asked about adult sites and tgp galleries.

i made the comment about movies. their response to my bandwidth question was "no problem".

I have also asked if the bandwidth is capped. their replies "no".

I am not a newbie and I use them for my galleries. It's just the smart thing to do, especially if your into TGPs.

How long have you been hosting with them? Just wait until there are 50 other webmasters on the same server as you trying to submit galleries, that's how they can make it so cheap, by overloading the servers.

So you're with them! How is their service. I mean, is it just 12,95 with 50% of your page their banners? Unlimited bandwidth? Your own domain? etc,

Crunch is right nobody esle sign up with them and certainly no-one use them to host movies.
I want some fast transfer dam it so everyone else fuck off and find a different host to use this one is mine

I have a dedicated server so I can sleep well at night knowing that my sites are the only thing using my bandwidth. I've had almost no downtime at all with my host and they reply to e-mails too, not that it's really important to be fast at replying to e-mails, it just means they have too much time to spend checking e-mail when they should be doing more important things like trying to keep the servers up 24/7. You shouldn't even need to e-mail your host anyway, the only reason I do it is to get domains added to my server. I also have an ICQ# and cell phone # to call if something goes wrong.

Megahost doesn't allow adult sites anymore, I just recieved this in my mail:

"We made a decision that we no longer host adult web sites. We have refunded your credit card and terminated your account. The amount of traffic associated with adult sites is just too large".

I also thought it was too good to be true. Is there some other hosts out there with very cheap prices?

Just talked to them on the phone. Yes, it is true they have stopped hosting adult sites. My guess they are on their way to ISP HEll (Chapter 11).
