Here are my experiences, for what they are worth:

BAD: Westmaster - they just 'decide' when my bandwidth is up. It's usually MUCH sooner than the server logs indicate. Good speed and reliability, terrible business skills

GOOD:

likewhoa - initial speed problems, in 2 days they upgraded servers and now it's fast.

prohosters - just started, so far so good, outstanding support

autsonx - good support and good uptime, not as fast as the others in my experience. Others love it.

I have been at prohosters since they first started a year or 2 ago..... running like 600k hits a day and barely ever have a problem with them and when i do there ready to fix the problems fast.....best host ive been with ever.

I use autson.com. Using it for about an year already. Never had downtimes.
They had some problems with mysql server, but their are fixed now and everything is working just fine.

I had an terrible year with hosting. Trying to find a balance between pricing and quality I made 2 very bad choices which cost me a lot of money and time. After reading many threads and getting recommendations from fellow webmasters I decided to go with Prohosters. Though I have only been with them for a few months I can honestly say that they are the best hosting company I have used since starting adult webmastering in '97.

I would recommend their services to anyone in this business based on my initial experiences with their customer service (very quick) and their server upime and speed.

Just my two cents. Now go make some $$$!
