Is any one facing problem in Ibill rebilling.
Rebill happen but didnt show in stats . Is any one facing same problem. :(

I think there has been enough problems so far for me to have totally switched any programs i was a revshare on to other programs which offered either different billings or change to programs that don't use ibill. The record is great with payments always on time, although i waited for $3k checks for a month and a half sometimes.
But with no money focused on rebills it is just insane not to think of alternatives.
A serious company wouldn't have this kind of outages with any kind of upgrades if they thought it, planned it, and executed like enterprise level companies do.

I agree with you. I don't get it why so less webmasters respond to this problem. I have lost so much money in the beginning of November when there was a tracking problem. And was never compensated for that lost money. Now Ibill is sucking again. And that even for already more than 10 days! These assholes never inform you about what's going on. And when you phone to them they say they are not responsible for the problems. I really hate those mother fuckers !@!!!!

Complaining most of the times does nothing but create more problems.
The only solution is to use other processors and programs then the ones that are on ibill.
If you have noticed ibill has less care for letting people know what is going on and when it will be fixed then anyone else on the net.
All the time they say everything is fine accept the CMI. but the rebills and signups don't show up anyway after CMI is back up. a few hundred a day in losses makes you think.

Well i called IBILL and their story is all your rebills are working but thgey are just not shown on CMI ? if that makes any sence??

I am facing the same problem too. I checked the stats for Dec and I found there is a great reduce in rebill compare with last month. So I just wonder what's going wrong. I check the forum and found there is some problem for the rebill.
According to their explanation, the rebill is still worked but not shown on CMI. But I just will I lost any rebill because of it?

I dunno if this is normal but according to their stats for this month I actually OWE Ibill $28.04 LOL - Due to more refunds and revokes than signups and rebills.
yes, I guess I miss some signups showing up there.... I hope so LOL

I choose my sponsors based on their site, not on their cc-processor. IBill was always fine till the beginning of November 2001. The problem is that because of that tracking problem I lost THOUSANDS of dollars. Those big cock suckers never compensated me for this lose. At that time they said everything would be fine sooner or later. But it didn't !! And now they are telling me the same shit fairy tales. I don't trust them untill I have my money in my bank account. The worst of all is that GloBill is having problems too.
