sponsor advice!!

I need a sponsor that converts, in other words I need a sponsor that is not going to sit there and convert 1:100000 should i try a dialer? what kind of ratio would I be looking at with a dialer,

here's 3 teen sponsors I started using just over a month ago http://kickme.to/exploitedteens
This "was" converting about 1 in 400 but then I moved al the galleries to another host and all signups stopped for some reason http://kickme.to/privatelolita
Got 6 reoccurring signups here and 1 trial ... about 1 in 1,500
so far into the second month 3 of the first 6 have continued membership :) http://kickme.to/lolitaporn
3 recurring signups here but not into second month yet ... about 1 in 1,200
but I just hope they don't cancel

I don't have anything like as much traffic as tgp so you might do better

Here's something odd.....I see alot of people talking about poor conversions....I on the other hand, convert fine, I just do not get much "clickthrough" for instance...this month, I've probably gotten a total of 250,000 hits to my galleries but clickthrough is - on one sponsor 231 hits and 5 signups...which puts me at roughly 1:46 ....on another sponsor it's more like 486 hits and 5 signups, which puts me at roughly 1:100 but I wonder if increasing the click through would just destroy my ratio....
The two sponsors that I am using to get these are Helmy's Cash (http://cash.helmy.com/engine/track/aa/redirect.cgi?referral+sdragon) and Adult Cash (http://www.adultcash.com)
Just remember, it's not really a matter of some magic sponsor to get great conversions...it's a matter of marketing the sponsor, knowing what you are selling and letting the surfer know why they should sign up with the sponsor that you are promoting. Use a niche that really gets you enthused and you will have an easier time getting the surfer enthused too.

i can guarantee you that adding a dialer will not take away any signups or effect your ratios,
(might slightly decrease your productivity),, its just added income,, so it behooves you add one :)
