Am I doing this right? Stupid Question

When I sign up to trade with someone and it says send traffic here.. I then go to my admin for my script and add the trade url they say to send traffic to there? I know dumb question but I just wanted to make sure I had it right. BTW I am new here :) Thanks.

Thanks I know it was dumb but I didn't want to mess anything up by being even dumber. Cause in my admin script it asks for emails ICQ numbers etc and I don't always know that info when I sign up to trade with someone. Anyway thanks for the answer to my extreemly newbie question.
