If it were mine, I ask $7500 - $1000 cash. Because you should generate at least

$100 a day from console traffic
$50 a day from your dialer
$25 from other ads and bullshit.

from experience on selling sites, non adult, the going rate is about 3 months worth of pay. It may differ it your site has major potential or a badass domain name or something!

I would think that 3 months worth of pay is far to low for a high quality site..

In the real world, business owners often as for 3 years profit for their selling price as a general rule.

I was offered $10,000 once for DemonWolfe TGP. I said no thanks. I did think about it, but since I make much more than that a year off the site, it seems foolish to sell it for so little unless I were to need capital for a new idea.

Traffic is money, and if you have return traffic that you can sell to, or trade with day in and day out, its just a matter of finding out how to direct it... the money potential never leaves as long as the traffic stays.

I'm guessing that is why so many CJ sites have switched over to TGP or at least partial content... if you have 100,000 hits on a CJ, and your server goes down for 2 days, you get the pleasure of starting over pretty much from 0, since you don't have any bookmarks...

DemonWolfe TGP once went offline for 3 days (over a year ago) when I switched servers... first day up I had 32,000 hits assumedly from bookmarks.

Sorry demonwolfe, but 3 years??? That seems like a bit much to me. I mean you have to remember that there are other expenses for a site like that, namely bandwidth which about 1500-2000 for a site with that traffic.

You have to remember that 3 years of profit being the standard is for businesses that earn profits in excess of millions a year, and took nearly that much capital to develop as well as years to set up.
