Currently there is a total of 150+ scheduled rebills at a rate of $39.95 per
month and something about 160 resellers in the program, I would say that 30-50 are active, maybe more.

That's it? The sites look really good and professional. Why would you sell them? I think you'd just need to work on some of the marketing aspects to get volume up there and that's it.

Is the content included in the sale price or is it licensed feeds?

Time is my biggest problem; this is why I’m selling. I’m a one man company and I have to much stuff out there. I work 16 hours a day but I just can’t manage it to take care of everything and to make everything work perfect.

I also run http://www.prodialer.com and tons of other stuff.

What about content? Provided, licensed feeds, etc?

My monthly expenses for plug-in content are
$5.800,- but you can setup that how you like with $1.000,- or $10.000.-.
I have 100.000+ own picture content on the sites.

150 rebills at 40 dollars - 5,800 for feeds = 200 dollars, minus cc processing fees...

so you're making negative 1000 dollars a month?
