View Full Version : Good SE submitter script?
I need a SE submission script running on UNIX that would submit my doorway pages one a day to many SEs. I dont want to use something that submits all my doorway pages together and gets my domain banned.
Anyone know such a script? Or anything that comes close? (it would be a SE version of tgsw, ideally speaking).
If nothing like this exists, what is the best thing to use?
I would submit from a computer over a dial in provider with changing IP's rather than from a server because then you will have the same IP all the time.
If you're not convinced yet then have a look at cgi-resources.com and hotscripts.com, they might have such a script
Is there anything wrong with having the same ip? I think the SE rules limit only the number of submissions everyday, and if I submit a different page from my domain everyday it should not be a problem. Or am I wrong?
Submitting only one page a day per IP increases you chances NOT to become blacklisted big time but I don't know what sort of pages your're doing, whether they could be classified as spam. Some SE's tend to be kinda nasty about that and see almost everything as spam. Many big SE's are more worried about how to prevent so called spam then how to provide good reasonable search results. You might want to not let the SE's know what other pages are from you when a competitor complains about one of your pages and the SE people have a look at it and decide let's see what other pages this guy has submitted in the past. But you're right, it's a bit sophisticated. Actually, if you wanted to make it bulletproof you would need different domains, different nameservers, different IP's where the sites are one and diff. IP's from where you're submitting, different whois entries as well. And that ain't worth the effort, you could as well do it on a trial and error bulk basis.
I've got around a hundred doorway pages that I want to submit to the SEs a day at a time. Not sure if that is counted as spam, but I was going through some sites which said it wouldnt get me blacklisted. I'm not sure however, especially as these are cloaked pages and lead to the same site.
Head to perlcoders.com and check out easy index.. I've got it and it works, VERY well.. Your other option with your hundred doorways is to make a hallway page with links to all your doorways and submit just the hallway page and let the spiders do the rest..

rich,
you think perlcoders is worth $500 bux membership?
If you plan on buying a lot of their scripts in the near future it can save you some substantial dough. But if you just want one or two scripts I wouldn't bother.. I only bought easy index from them, so I didn't join.
Easy page looks interesting. Couldnt get the demo to show anything though. MassSites looks interesting too, but they dont have a demo.
Can Easy Index also submit pages you have already made or does it only submit pages it makes itself?
It submits pages based on your multiple templates.
Rich, how do you use Easyindex? Do you have it set to run everyday submitting new doorway pages for each site?
I run it on each domain... take a list of keywords and make some templates and run the script.. Only run it once a day unless your assigning new ip's for each subdomain. I actually turn these pages into hallway pages with some manual work as well..
