Little prob with gallery maker pro..

I just got some new content and all the files have dots in their names eg: ashley.1.01 so when I try to create a gallery it doesnt create the thumbs and the only logical reason for that is the . in the name files cause it works perfectly otherwise... any ideas cause im not about to rename 1500 files 1 by 1....

I am sure there are other programs out there that can do this...

It has a batch conversion feature that you can use to rename any number of files to whatever you want. You can crop or enlarge the images, you can change the format to something else (png to jpg for example), you can add textual copyright or ad information, you can generate html pages. Lots more stuff.

And very simple to use.

Well anyone know of any other good proggy to make galleries? I need something as similar to GMP as possible so I could add header n footer html code already so I dont put too much time in editing the gallery in dreamweaver...

You can try to rename files with
Ultra File Renamer 2000.

It will remove the . from all your files in a blink of an eye.
