these are the sites I have visited so far:

underworldcontent.com

Personal Porn is still available, but E-Race haven't actively promoted that product in more than a year. Even their own sales pages are out of date!

It is an attractive product, but don't expect much in the way of updates.

Cybersynergism:
http://www.cybersynergism.com/newsite/content.html

is a cheap way in (they have a teen-specific site), but again don't expect much in the way of updating, except with their new Gold package.

Sexentertain:
http://www.sexentertain.com/webmasters/index.html

have several leasing options, including a very nice (David Lace) teen gallery

Of the ones you mentioned, I would avoid igallery... xxxmediagroup has some *very* nice stuff... pornholios I only know by reputation, but supposed to be good if you buy one of the bigger packages. I have only bought, not leased, from Matrixcontent, but they have excellent content. Python's stuff is maybe a bit dated now: been around a while.
