Complete Mailing System!!

Hi Guys!
Does anyone knows a better Complete Mailing System than these guys here: http://www.mogulemail.com/index.php

After sending them a couple emails and still never receive a reply after few months I become cotious to use them. does anyone knows any one realy serious that doesn't use your collected emails without your permission ??
or a good application to run your own system ?? I mean Including collecting emails and automaticly sent advert/daily to ton's of emails and all those features to keep your list as clean as possible.

When did you send us an email? We have no record of contact from you at all.

We NEVER email to your lists without permission. I have been doing professional email marketing since 1996 and you can see by our features, like doublt opt-in, etc that we only do things professionally.

When users signup, you send email, etc, they see a little blurb from us (similar to say a hotmail). If you CHOOSE to participate in our advertising program, we pay 75%. This is a program were we seek our companies looking to do professional email marketing and fill their requests.

For example, Company ABC comes to us and wants to do a mailing. We charge them 4 cents per email per mailing. Now, you are in our ad program and have 10,000 emails we need to use. We use those emails in the campaign and pay you the 75% which is 3 cents per email or in this example $300 for doing nothing at all.

Again, you do not have to participate in that program by why not, unless making money is not a goal.

As far as mailings, you set up your mailings in our system as often as you like. You can even set up mailings for the future.

Also a new feature we just added was the ability to make email protected sites/pages like the 4 free type sites.

It is possible your email came at a time when we were doing big upgrades. We plan on spending, last I checked, $35-$75k in 2002 on our systems.
