new tgp site.. need traffic

i started out a TGP site.. any one know how i can build the site to get more traffic with out having to trade?

Day 1.
------
You select few WORST CJ sites with most exit/front consoles, no content, then you buy traffic from them, few k's per day.
Since surfers on those sites didn't see any content and they are hungry for some reall porn when they come to your site wich is full of free content (you can add few free gallerys on front page) they will not have any problems placing you into their bookmarks!

Day 2.
------
Surfer is hungry for porn again, and they remember that they found good free porn somewhere, but there are A LOT of bookmarks there so wich is it !?
You can help them, just make an icon (favicon.ico) wich will be pulled from your server when they bookmark you so when they open their bookmarks they CAN'T miss you!

Okay, so I'll bite.. Where does one find said nasty dirty CJ to buy the traffic from?

I need to get a serious shot of abused traffic to up my bookmarkers and get some trades really rocking, across three relatively new, actually content-laden TGPs (pornstar/babe, fetish and gay, respectively).

Does anyone ever feed any of this kind of traffic in return for some cleaner traffic down the road?
