Can any legal action be taken against persons who illegal penetrate a server and start redirecting traffic to another site?

yes, it's illegal. yes, you can take action, but if they're in another country, their laws may be different.

Turkey's Internet connection is very very very (goes 99 times very) slow. So a DOS attcking from Turkey not makes a damage to your server I think

There is tons of Lamers in my country. Because our newspapers makes Lamers to Hackers in Mainpage!

XP I will hit yuo up on ICQ tommorow.. I am so fucking pissed off as he just redirected another 13 000 hits to his site (superalan.net) so I am switching servers, OS's and scripts and going to bed..
I hate being stressed out, this is one of the perks of the biz is that the stress is relativiely low..but with fuckers like this, I just feel like flying to turkey this weekend and cutting off all of his fingers..
why the fuck do people do shit like that?

I found this information about superalan.net
They're using izhost.com webhosting too. Thats very suspicious. Because I always getting spam messages from sites who hosted at izhost.com! And last summer some lamers tried to stole my domain. and Nameservers goes to izhost.com again!!! This izhost.com using a dedicated at USA, but they living with me in same city (izmir)
