Recently I stumbled across a website which is giving away my content for free which I charge webmasters a fee to access. I contacted this person about it but got no response. When I say content I don't mean pics/movies etc. What can I do is there anyone I can contact short of paying a lawyer huge sums of money?
Thanks in advance :)

Sally,
I don't know who they are hosted with but you can take action without joining APIC --
under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act you can choose to notify their host (and billing company if they have one) that they are using stolen content. The host will then inform them to either remove it or produce a license in a timely manner. If they don't, they are terminated at the host (and the billing company) --
If you need some help with it, you can email me -- kim@ccbill.com and I'll be glad to help you out :) :)
