I am still waiting on my december check from Alex (dialup2) I think just beause I stopped useing his dialer, he decided to stop paying me. Alex if you read this, where the fuck is my damn check!! You have told me multiple times that you have sent it out and resent it out and is has been over three months! I think you are a fucking piece of horseshit and I will take legal action if I don't recive my check by March 30, 2001. You better fucking belive it. Now =) I hope this doesnt turn into a massive thread where everyone yells at everyone else and everyone spams about their dialer.

Hey, Breest - I have no recolection who you are, and i can assure you all payments we owe are sent. They are sent every single 2 weeks without fail. Some checks have been returned in the post, and may be yours (you should have recieve a mail if it was). Since you wish to take legal I would preffer this route (LOL):

as:

a) I have proof of checks written (carbon copies).
b) You made under $100, and the phone calls will probably cost you more.
c) You are following the other footsteps of small webmasters, who have not earnt there amount, and have not emailed us. I do not have patience to deal with you, and you are not telling everyone the full story, ONLY your side of the story.

We send all our checks out, we have solved all our problems with other customers.

I don't have time for this. We are launching our new software today.

I can ignore you, but that won't help - all you guys are trying to let us down, lets see the proof? and lets see a real figure? not $8 a payout for 14 payouts... I mean commo'on dude. Or $31 .. then no minutes for 6 months and then another $20... you think we can keep inactive accounts that long? Tell me.

I told him to sign up again and i'll transfer his minutes over to his new account actually, which was under $50 US dollars.

Me and my partner used dialup2 from oktober last year and still no check...I talked alot with Alex on icq, but he said that he sent the checks every two weeks. He told me to proof that I haven't recieved any checks. How the hell should I proof that. I asked if he could see If a payed the check in my bank, but he couldn't see that. Hey Alex pay us our hard earned money now! It's YOU that lose most out of this shit on a very bad reputation. I'm tired of sending you emails to support@dialup2.com and getting no answer. You also don't answer me on icq and have put me on invisible.

On my last email I told you it would be my last attempt to solve my problem with you in private. Almost one week has passed and still no answer. So I guess the only way to get an answer from you is here on AWI.

My account is 99922639 and I still didn't get my check for November 15-30. I believe that something wrong must have happened to that check because I got the next one, for December 1-15.

Please post here the proof that you sent me that check.

And please don't come telling me that this dialer is from the reseller sellyourcalls and it's not your responsability. Sellyourcalls stoped using your dialer on Decemeber 18 and YOU were resposible for all the payments to us untill that day.

I hope this thread doesn't get closed and you Alex can give us some explanations or show us some proofs.

I told you guys, Rimmer or Magnatique said I was stirring shit here about Amateur Pages and Dialup2.com for not paying me. See now I am not the only one? And there are other sponsors about to make the same mistake of not paying small webmasters, thinking their voice can't be heard. I will post them here, no problem, as soon as some relevant time has passed since when they said they had sent the checks and not replied to emails.
I hope Rimmer will not close this thread, as we are not all lunatics or resellers or other BS. Just scammed.
Now, about Alex, he did the same with me, he paid me once, but probably he saw I was going to leave him, and he probably decided not to pay me the second time. I am waiting for his check from early January (for December 16th-31st) for which I had more than his minimum of $50. No reply to my emails, hardly saying anything on ICQ, bullshitting me on ICQ he's home and not in the office. Later, he said he had to deduct $15 if he was to re-issue a check (this way, he can always say he sent a check, without actually sending it, and make a $15 savings next time when he sends it). But, if he sent it like that, it would still be great, but I doubt I will ever see my money from him. If I do, I will be the first to let you all know here. I say this, in case Alex comes to his senses. I truly wish you so, Alex, because shitting small guys for $100 is bad business, as you can see, preventing you of signups from potential guys who could bring you thousands of dollars per month. A small earning now from cheating is the best way to lose more money in the future from honest work.

I had a strange experience with his dialer. For a couple of weeks I had no minutes and than suddenly I get minutes every day and that without any major changes to my site layout.
Yes I know I am one of the small guys and this "phenomen" can't be verified but still it was strange even for me.

You can talk - But I believe that mot of you are thinking your going to receive a check, when you aren't going to (now stop the BS) we want full stories please:

a) There are 3 or 4 countries that don't pay 35c so you may think you didn't make the minimum. I have now elimated this with our new completely flat rate dialer which is ready today. The minutes are over double on our new software, size is small - and gaurenteed payments from the online tools.

b) Your checks may have got lost in the post, I can replace this free of charge - if you can tell me the exact date and dialer #.

c) You are advertising child pornography, or have links to this on your site, your account will be terminated, and all money given to AACP (association against child porn), and also advertising the word "free" on the site.

d) You have provided the incorrect address, or mistakenly written it, or moved. Check with us. If you wrote wire and left it blank it may have been done, and rejected for incomplete info.

e) You made $50 over a period of 3 months, and we swapped from offline to online billing or vice verca.

f) If you requested wire transfer, and is below $150 us dollars, ($30 wire fee).

I don't see anyone complaining for a check larger than $120, you are probably wondering why - then guess. What i am prepared to do is if you can send me the dates you want the money for to release the funds, NOT just saying "account xxx unpaid for this amount" since we run a bi-weekly billing.

Also I will not tolerate any illegal activities, or serious misconduct of services. If you do so, or any complaints arise from your site as a result of negligence, you will be requested to terminate your account with us.

I hope this clears things up here. You guys stop complaining, I want small customers as well as larger customers, as many of us start small and grow, if you don't make your money then tell me to release, do not email us saying you didn't get paid.

So guys, you chill out and stop being so pretentions about your dimes. I do care, and i will do my very best to make sure every single person is happy, to my best of my ability.
