Where to buy non-adult traffic?

I am currently looking into buying traffic for my ppc search engine. No banner/ text click thrus.<br /><br />I think exit, 404, redirects will work better.<br /><br />Are there places selling traffic on demand?<br />I would like to start with small chunks and develope the site from there.<br /><br />Please let me know some options!
