We don't allow it in our TOS but we don't have a huge staff to sit and continuously review sites that have been approved.

Occasionally no matter what we say and do, people will change things on their site. Sometimes repeatedly. :(

Total BS not a dam thing was done to the site i sent them info on and yet all i heard was excuses. Dont believe fuck it heres the meber code i sent to kim@ccbill looks like its still active to me.

I wonder why i never recieved a reply from the support or abuse when one of their hosting users spammed me for 5 days strait also but thats ok too. I had the fuckers sponsor accounts shut down and he wont be makin a dime to pay them hosting bills. :)

That site has been there for a long time. CCbill is very well aware of it but they dont seem to care. And excuses like sites change every day and we never can check it that often dont go for this case.

MET is well known for kiddy porn. I've seen stolen pictures posted on message boards and stuff loads of times. It's a paedophile magnet. I'd be surprised if there's a single image of legal age anwhere on the site. All you need to do is look at the disclaimer (exactly the same for both sites) to see what they're up to.

Pulling their sponsor accounts won't hurt them at all. This weeks been quite low for sign ups for me, but I still made about 100 times more than I got from banner revenue (over 200 times last week). I don't need my top banner at all.

The situation is pretty simple. What every may know or not know is irrelevant when it comes to terminating an account. Actual proof in hand is the only way we terminate an account for anything -- spam, tos violation, you name it.

We don't act on anything without concrete proof.

Otherwise half of the adult webmasters would have the other half terminated because the first half didn't like the second half. We are not judge and jury, nor are we the FBI or customs.

This is going to be my LAST comment on this thread.

If you feel that you have found anything that might violate either our TOS or the law then you should do one of two things.

Either email me with the url (the referring url in the case of a partner account) and the images that you feel are in violation specifically by name or by all means go ahead and contact ascap, customs, fbi or anyone else you want to.

What some of you people don't seem to understand here is that our TOS goes WAY BEYOND what is legal. These sites aren't going to be shut down based on their legality.

They may be shut down based on our TOS, provided someone notifies us with what I've asked for. They may not be shut down if they can produce documentation showing that their content meets our terms.

When we are notified we request the docs from the site owner as to the images in question. If the owner has docs, well then so be it. If not, they can either remove the images or we can suspend their service.

We do not terminate ANYONE based on board complaints or threads. Termination is a very serious matter and not one we take lightly.

If you have any other comments regarding this particular thread or this issue, you may feel free to email me at the address I gave you above, or you may feel free to bitch all you want on here to each other with the total knowledge that I will not be reading this thread again.

CCBill is a financial services company, not a tgp -- we have very specific contracts with our customers and very specific legal obligations.
