Hi,
I just want to say that I've send 4 maybe stupid questions and Jamie(www.***********.com) answered them within 30 minutes every time. That's great service http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
But I do have another questions what can I do best. I think I'll have 300 Gig trafic. Should I take a 1MBPS line 2MBPS line or just pay 1,50 dollar each GIG I used.Another question: What does "You have the choice of being burstable or capped" mean at the MBPS lines?
Thanks a lot

First, there is a reason that there are *********** instead of the name of this host.
Second, answering a question every 30 minutes is not great service. You can get an answer from us in under two minutes using ICQ. Furthermore, the response time for sales questions does not say much.
Third, why do you want to pay about $1350 for 300 GB of traffic when you can get a better price (and probably better service) somewhere else?
Last, and defiantly not least, in this particular case "You have the choice of being burstable or capped" means: "You have the choice of paying for three times more than you actually use or have your sites load slow during traffic spikes".

Leeching off other peoples posts or hosts misfortunes(as noted in previous posts from you) is not good business either.

I agree that that is not good. And why do you say it's bad. In another post people talked well about this hosting provider. You also sais they uses a fast backbone. The post can be found her http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/006773.html
But for 300 GIG do I need a 1MBPS line or a 2MBPS line foor 460 dollar?

To push 300GBs...you'll probably need 3-4 mbps. It would be better for TGPs to pay for hosting per GB.

I just state facts. What is wrong with saying facts?!
Enigma, do you have any idea how 95 percentile billing works?
Lets say you use 1 GB an hour for 48 hours and than you use 0.1 GB an hour
for 672 hours (rest of a 30 day month).
Using the 95percentile measuring method used by the host you are asking about, you are going to pay for 720 GB that
month when you actually transferred 115.2 GB.
You just paid for over six times more bandwidth than you actually used.
It really bothers me when we have to compete with hosts that trick people and avertise prices lower than the person will have to pay.

Energy is right. on a 95percentile billing 300 gig would proably be about 4-5mbps line. don't let those low #'s fool you.
