For those of you that have a good amount of se traffic... What are your conversion ratios? What sponsors are you using?

I'm trying to find a sponsor that will convert 1:100 or so off of se traffic.

CEN's websites. I get about 1:80 for 2nd page uniques, maybe 1:120 for raws.
