He's paid me 3 times and later when I sent more minutes he got lost!

That's why we always have to do deals with written contracts. And when the sponsor/reseller try to screw you up, you get your layer and fuck him in the ass.

he's a student visa holder . i will make sure that the athorities of california will reconisder his stay in the usa , after i will pass them all the papers with all of the details about his fraud.
