NEED HELP - REAL URGENT!!!

I need a prog to rename all files in one directory on my local hd (about 100 in each dir) into lowercase-only files...
my partner tested a new site design and accidently used a program which renamed everything to higher case filenames like IMAGE.GIF, it needs to be image.gif now.
