Where is vector force tech support?

I have messaged them at every icq and email I can find and still no response in the last couple days. If you are reading this post, please take a look at my ucj script on free-xxx-avi-movies.com. It has been frozen for the last couple of days. The stats just stay the same with rediculus numbers like 4500/hour, when its usually around 1000. I can't figure out what is wrong, and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanx

We have been alerted to this this morning, was the first I am hearing about it, and we are taking care of it right now to see what is going on. We will let you know by email, when it is fixed and what happened.

most likely what happened was that the parition where the crons are in .. usually /var
had reached 100% possibly which would make your stats to be frozen because in that case cron wont run.
