adfilter has been around for a while now when I first heard about it I crapped it I downloaded the software and it was really annoying so I did not worry to much I have not heard of it really affecting anyone.
And lets face it the banners are usally the most graphic thing on a free site anyway even if it took of it would only be a matter of changing advertising use text links pictures linking to sponsors etc basically run your free sites the same as you run your CJ sites. I think if it had any major impact it would be to the Non porn advertisers on the internet Porn webmasters are a lot more creative
Just my 2 cents worth

The surfers who download that won't have any intention of signing up with a sponsor, so I guess it's "lost" traffic anyways. I've seen a javascript out there that blocks the adfilter, but is it really wearth it? You be the judge http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
Just my 2 Canadian cents.

I personally redirect all types of adfilters or offline downloaders from accessing my sites. (ironically directly to a sponsor) It is more common than you would imagine especially if you receive traffic from any type of tgp or link list.
Repeating a earlier post. Those surfers have no intention of buying anything just waste bandwith and as far as I am concern do not deserve to access my site -- BTW when first implementing this script my bw dropped by 300 gigs per month and did not lose one dime

Another point
Adfilter automatically filters sexswap and other banner exchange banners.

blacula-
Are you using RewriteEngine - RewriteCond to do this in your .htaccess? What does adfilter show up as in HTTP_USER_AGENT? I can't seem to locate any browser that even looks remotely like 'ad filter' in my web logs. If you're doing it some other way, be a cyberchum and let us know how to do it :)
thanks
