reaping free content

ok im a bit of a adult-web-newbie, but i was wondering if it is possible to make a pay site using content reaped from free sites? as long as the content looks generic ie, it isn't advertised as exclusive or there is no visible copywrite stuff. does anyone here use this method, or do you guys buy/lease all of your content. i know this may be like the ultimate stupid newbie question, and i really dont intend to start a flame war here. to put it breifly, my site is really going to be a small cheap pay site that pushes a dialer program that my freind wrote. ive already got about 250mb of free promotional content from most of the adult content providers....so do any of you guys reap content off free sites? or am i way out of line here?

There is no such thing as 'pictures without copyright'. Someone made the pictures (or bought them) and that guy has the copyright
