Call me naive if you will but your page is tricking people into downloading exe files where the links claim to be providing thumbnail galleries.
How would you fight that in court., I can read but I see no warnings anywhere (unless they are in the dialer)
If I was stupid enough to download and run the dialer from a link that says today's free galleries I would expect at least a fighting chance in court of having the phone bill thrown in the bin.
Also do you need any kind of license to have dialers on your site?

I only get about 3k per day so what type of sponsor should I be looking for.

You don't need a lisense or anything man, If they run the dialer then they have a bunch of warnings that they will be charged. first off, the dialers have a very clear explanation before you can use them - it is not hard to understand and you cannot use the dialer till you have actually scrolled throught the terms.

second, that guy would have had to use the dialer for 600 hours in one month from where i live - and i find that hard to believe. that is 25 solid days on the dialer - and they all automatically disconnect at about 30 minutes.

How many people actually read the terms of service? Do you mean to tell me you read the terms of service on everything? You ever read TOS on your phone bill, cable bill, electric bill? You read the TOS on every website you enter? Hell no, people are blind to them and the only reason 99% of websites have terms of service is to cover their asses in the case of a lawsuit. Most terms of service damn near require a law degree to fully understand. And that is done on purpose. The only thing protecting Sexxring from a lawsuit is that TOS.

True, it is the guys who used the dialers fault, but no dialer should be allowed to go that long. EVER. And nobody should EVER laugh at someone getting socked with a 4 thousand dollar phone bill.

Dialers are evil, and everybody knows it. All dialers should disconnect after 10 minutes. If the surfer wants to use it again, they will use it again.
