We just started a click through program. 4 cents a click, 2nd page Raw.
Before you say anything about the 2nd page raw, let me tell you this.
1. You can open it anyway you want, enter, mid, or exit console.
2. I've been using it for about 2 months now, as well as some other known CJ webmasters on various sites. I average with my CJ 1:9 about .44 cent an impression. Better on my freehost. I personally know the people who run it, have worked with them this past year.

If you've been looking around for other exit traffic buyers, give us a try. Bottom line is not how much someone says they will pay you for your click, it's actually how much you make at the end of the month.
