New Exit Traffic Rules (Traders input)

I have just read the pruposed rules for exit traffic I think they are a good idea and hope they come togeather. Personally if they do I would expect to see the rate go back to $0.005 the gain needs to be in everyones benifit for it to work. I started this as a new thread so I did not clog up the other thread.
