WHAT THE HELL IS EMI?

Ok, I dont come read the board every day but
I have like 2 or 3 enter popups, 1 sponsor popup.

What 'new' rules is their now? What is this
like the 9th time in the last 6 months rules have been tried to be set?

Anyway I will follow the new rules if
somone will tell me what they are, but I give the 'new rules' 48 hours if my production falls through the ground (AGAIN) im putting
the crap back up.

Someone tell me the new rules and then someone let me know if the large traffic
guys are following the rules also.

Ok so basicly its like

1 enter popup (1 popup off of it)
and a exit popup

Basicly any combo of 3 popups and a sponsor
if no sponsor still only 3 popups.


Are most other sites doing this with no
image layover things?

yeah i belive they are, also pretty much all of the big sites are going to be folowing the rules.

Looks like all the big sites and a lot of "smaller sites" are following the rule for the good sake of this biz. And I tell ya, I can see the quality is coming back!!!
