Most people pay for active signup and good luck getting anything close to $5.00/signup.

Try wet4free.com (CyberErotica runs it) and pink4free.com (no idea who runs it).

Pay is $1.00/active and $0.75/signup (not active). This is last time I bookmarked it, if it changed, please someone post the correct rates.

$2.00 a signup is amazing if you can get that. Let me know if you find any sponsor paying more than $1.50.
