A hold has been placed on your ARS webmaster account ******.
We feel this is necessary because of Multiple Signups w/Same IP.
Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.
What can I do about this it's on hold because one kind of idiot has signed up twice or something. #^%$# I'm going crazy here, everything just went well with ars
nowadays and now they put it on hold. What can I do about this?

I would personally call them on the phone and talk to them about it in person. They have always been easy to deal with back when I use to use them.

just give them a call and talk to Laura, I think she's still there. more than likely there were multiple signups from a single IP, not just 2 or 3. could be for any reason. but i know theyll work with you. good folks.

Ars has one of the best programs out there, and if you dont cheat it would get resolved.
They wouldnt be on top if they didnt watch cheaters and were taking a loss, or were cutting from other people for your loss.
That's just the problem I don't know what I did wrong, I think just some kind of horny Freak out there just wanted to sign up at all 4 mature sites or something, and btw ars is just fine for me they convert pretty good it's only to bad that my account is on hold.

One of the primary indications of reseller fraud is multiple joins from the same IP.
However -- IPs sometimes can change from being non-proxy blocks to proxy blocks -- for instance AOL might get new IPs or add some onto their user base that were previously not in their list of IPs --
What this would mean is that the fraud filters would catch the joins and flag them for fraud.
Talking to ARS is your best bet -- if you haven't cheated I'm sure they'll get it straightened out quickly.
