has anyone did this before, until now, I have never, but now with everyone destroying google and the database with tricks I am thinking of dropping some serious cash into bid per ranking but before I do, I wanted to ask you folks, if any of you have done this before?

Don't do the advertise thing with google!

I've tried advertising with some keywords and you have topay Per IMPRESSION!! $200 dollars and only 15 clicks!

"i don't mean listing in the search engine, but a small ad with the keywords of your choice!"

no no no no, fuck google, im talking about bid per ranking not advertising, banners NEVER get as many clicks as text, no pid per ranking when you pay whatever you bid to place higher, say 13 cents a click, many search engines rate this way, the big ones like DMOX Google and Yahoo dont do this, im talking about the other Big Dawgs out there... where Adult Friend Finder and Ifriends advertise... think about it, the wat we run the industry now adays, our front doors to sites get higher in search engines than the sites we promote, get it?

Do you mean Pay Per Click like Overture(previously known as GoTo), FindWat, Sprinks, Kanoodle, etc?

I've used and still using a few of these services on my non-porn sites. If you're planning on using them, just make sure you can track where your sale are comming from, that the service(s) is not paying surfers to click on keywords and don't be obsessed with getting the number 1 position on the search returns.

Yes like Kanoodle, Im not sure on the specifics of it, because I havent done it yet so how it works I am not sure, but I wanted to ask anyone if they had done it, just looking for a NEW way to get traffic that's all, got a few bucks I wanna invest... new year, new content, new sites ;)

Youve used Kanoodle specifically? Just wondering because we opened an account with them to buy traffic, but none of the folks I know personally have used Kanoodle...

I've used Kanoodle but I had to drop them because someone(s) was draining my account, and when I inquiried about it, I got those boilerplate reply from their sale rep. Just watch out for CLICK-FRAUD.

Overture is the most expensive of the services (i.e. minimum bid:$0.05 per click, $20 per month) but generate the most traffic and sale per click on my non-porn sites. My second best are FindWhat and Espotting.

FindWhat has about 10 as much traffic as Kanoodle, so may want to check them out also if you're not willing to pay for Overture. Plus Overture maygive you a hard time with your porn sites (i.e. they may ask for the paysite's password, to remove some of your sponsor's links or counter, etc.)

What do you mean? They want to get your password to remove counters?

I'd think they would only do it per unique, am I wrong? That would be easy to do wouldnt it? even some banner rotation programs can make sure the same people dont get the same banner twice, so why couldnt they mark the tip of the person clicking the link? Especially since youre paying for the service...

What he means is..

1) They may ask for a password to your site, to see your content.

2) They may ask you to remove some of your sponsor links.

3) They make ask you to remove some of your counters.

I think that all makes sense...?

Bidding for these pay per click SE will not make you a high profit. If you want to get traffic you have to pay a lot, and your profit will be either low or even a loss, or if you bid low, you'll have a small amount of traffic. Plus the click fraud they use. So, be warned.

What kind of Click Fraud would Kanoodle use? I don't get it, they actually rip you off and it's cool, can't you track anything regarding hits? I mean this sounds really shady for a big site to be fucking people and its generally known and accepted? Clueless?

Ah well see, my sites dont have sextracker counter or sponsor banners like sexswap and stuff? Nah I dont use those anymore, but yeah checking out your content is great as I said, it weeds out the folks who dont have quality stuff to offer which in the long run is better for the search engine and surfers, ...

Overture has an anti-clickfraud script. I'm not sure Kanoodle has one.

It is mostly likely your competitors that will click often at your link to screw you. Some key words goes for $3.00 per click. Thus, if I (the competitor)click 30 time per day at your link ....

Thats what I figures would happen, it;s a dirty game, well the highest I have seen on Kanoodle was 25 cents a click and that was "web cam sex" but it was awhile back..

Last year I tried to list a feeder site with TrueCash as my main sponsor. Goto (Overture previous name) sent me an e-mail to have a password to TrueCash's paysite to make sure the teens were of legal age...

I'm all for it, and then it was listed and was profitable?

No that site wasn't listed at Goto because I could get a temp. password from my sponsor. But I did make money from that site with 5-6 other PPC services that listed the site. Plus, you could get good top 10 sex key words at $0.01/click.

Kanoodle is okay, the traffic quality is decent at best. I wouldn't focus more than a small percent of your budget on them though.

I don't have a web site done, but soon I hope to open up a marketing company. I'm looking to get office space and such some time this year.

If you are looking into goto... I can help you out. I have a good relationship with a few sponsors and made some new deals. I can get pages made so they go along with the rules and get temp user/passes so they can review all of the site. They are known and trusted sponsors :)

I can do everything from start to finish with the project, including tweaking things to make sure that you get the most profit out of your investment.

Unless you have good connections or you own a paysite, it can be next to impossilbe to not only get into goto, but tweak the pages as you might need them.

If anyone needs help contact me ICQ 84891270 or email chicken@sssnet.com . I can also refer you to my own projects and people that I work for if needed :)
